Old Firehouse Books

The locally owned independent bookshop, named for the historic firehouse it occupies, carrying both new and used titles with a staff that knows science fiction, literature and mystery particularly well. New books not in stock can be special ordered, and used books brought in earn trade credit. It is a member of the American Booksellers Association and the Mountains and Plains Independent Booksellers Association, and the downtown events calendar fills with its author evenings and panels.
