Fort Collins roaster's cafe at Jessup Farm on the east side, weekdays 7 to 5 and Saturdays 8 to 5; its roastery and bakehouse on East Harmony adds scratch-made pastries and brunch.

Fresh-roasted coffee at Jessup Farm, with online ordering for pickup outside. Closed Sundays.

The second shop, Bindle Roastery + Bakehouse at 1833 E Harmony Rd, Unit 20 (970-732-3315), is where the roasting happens and adds scratch-made pastries and brunch fare, weekdays 7 to 2 and Saturdays 8 to 2.
