Lima Coffee Roasters, Campus West

Fort Collins roaster (since 2018) in the Campus West shopping center beside CSU, daily 7 to 5; the same menu as its Old Town and Midtown shops, including a Peruvian Geisha that won gold at the 2026 Global Coffee Awards.

Lima has roasted in Fort Collins since 2018 under the motto “love people, love coffee (in that order),” and this is its Campus West shop, in the shopping center next to the university. The award coffee to ask for is the Wilder Garcia Geisha from Cajamarca, Peru, gold medal at the 2026 Global Coffee Awards, tasting of green grape, honeysuckle and orange blossom. The Old Town shop is at 302 S College Ave, Ste 130 (daily 7 to 6) and the Midtown roastery at 4229 S Mason St (daily 7 to 6).
