Silver Grill Cafe

Fort Collins' oldest restaurant, serving breakfast and lunch on Walnut Street since 1933: the giant cinnamon roll, pancakes, skillets and hash browns, daily 7 am to 2 pm.

Open since 1933 and the city’s oldest restaurant, the Silver Grill is the breakfast a local sends a visitor to: classic diner cooking, pancakes, skillets, crispy bacon, and the “world famous” cinnamon rolls baked fresh daily, with a Roll of the Month in a seasonal flavor. The Aggie Breakfast (meat, two eggs, hash browns and pancakes) and the hand-breaded country fried steak and eggs are the big plates. Breakfast and lunch only; it closes at 2.
