Prohibition-styled cocktail bar beneath Old Town Square, open daily from 4 pm: a seasonally rewritten list of 34 cocktails, punch bowls, wine and small plates; no reservations and limited seating.
The speakeasy under the square, reached from the plaza, with an award-winning cocktail menu of 34 drinks that changes with the seasons, seasonal punches, and locally inspired food. Non-alcoholic ingredients are sourced from Fort Collins merchants. It opens at 4 pm every day and does not take reservations, which with a small room means going early on a weekend.
