The City's racquet-sports park on South Shields: eight lighted tennis courts, three outdoor racquetball courts and a platform tennis court, plus a fourplex ball field, five basketball courts, sand volleyball and a playground, next to Spring Creek and two natural areas.
Rolland Moore Community Park on South Shields Street, beside Spring Creek and the Ross and Fischer natural areas. Eight lighted tennis courts, three outdoor handball and racquetball courts, one platform tennis court, sand volleyball, a fourplex ball field, five basketball courts, horseshoe pits, a playground, picnic tables, a reservable shelter and seasonal restrooms. Three parking lots, all off the park access road. Open daily 5 am to 11 pm.
